Kakobuy Spreadsheet

A community-organized reference of Kakobuy product links, QC photo records, seller notes and category-based finds — designed to help you research before placing orders.

What is a Kakobuy Spreadsheet?

A Kakobuy spreadsheet is a community-built reference document — typically organized in Google Sheets or a similar format — that collects product links, QC photo references, seller notes and category-based product discoveries for buyers using the Kakobuy agent service. These spreadsheets are not official Kakobuy products. They are created and maintained by buyers who want to share research with others in the community.

Unlike browsing a marketplace directly, a well-maintained spreadsheet gives you a curated starting point. Instead of searching through thousands of listings, you can browse links that other buyers have already researched, ordered, and documented with QC photo evidence. This saves time and reduces the risk of picking a seller with inconsistent quality.

Kakobuy Spreadsheet vs Kakobuy Product Pages

The Kakobuy platform itself has a product search and browsing interface. Community spreadsheets serve a different purpose. Here is how they compare:

Spreadsheet Links vs Product Links vs QC Links

When browsing community spreadsheets, you will encounter three types of links. Understanding each helps you use them correctly:

Product Links

Direct links to a specific listing on Taobao, 1688 or Weidian. Copy these into Kakobuy to place an order. Check that the link is still active and the seller still stocks the variant you want.

QC Photo Links

Links to previous buyer QC photos, typically hosted in Google Drive, Imgur or Discord. Use these to pre-check quality before ordering. Note that QC results vary between batches — one buyer's good batch does not guarantee yours.

Seller Links

Links to a seller's storefront rather than a specific product. Useful for browsing a seller's full range. Check seller ratings and recent reviews before ordering from a new storefront.

How to Check if a Spreadsheet Link is Still Active

Links in community spreadsheets can expire when sellers close shops or remove listings. Before ordering, do these checks:

  • Paste the link into your browser directly and confirm the listing still loads with stock available.

  • Check the spreadsheet's "last updated" date — links from more than 3 months ago are more likely to be stale.

  • In the Kakobuy order page, if the item shows as unavailable after pasting the link, the listing has been removed.

  • Ask in the community Discord or Telegram before ordering from a link that has no recent buyer reports.

How to Use QC Photos Before Ordering

If a spreadsheet entry includes QC photo links from previous buyers, here is how to use them effectively:

Compare logos and text

Look for font spacing, logo placement and text clarity. These are the most commonly flagged issues in QC.

Check colorway accuracy

Compare the QC photo colors to both the listing photo and official reference images. Minor variation is common but significant differences are a concern.

Inspect stitching edges

Look for loose threads, uneven seam lines or puckering around collar and sleeve areas.

Note the batch date

QC photos from a year ago may not reflect current stock. Look for recent submissions, ideally from the same month.

Beginner Checklist Before Ordering from a Spreadsheet

If you are using a Kakobuy spreadsheet for the first time, run through this checklist before placing any order:

  1. 1

Confirm the product link still loads with stock available.

  2. 2

Check the seller's overall rating — look for anything below 4.5 with caution.

  3. 3

Find at least one QC photo reference from a previous buyer if possible.

  4. 4

Read the size notes — Chinese sizing often runs smaller than Western sizing.

  5. 5

Check the shipping line options for your region before committing to a large haul.

  6. 6

Understand the QC request process — you must approve QC before international shipment is sent.

  7. 7

Know the dispute process — if the item fails QC, you can reject and open a return request.

How the Kakobuy Spreadsheet Research Process Works

01

Find an Item Reference

Browse categories like shoes, hoodies, jerseys, and accessories. Each spreadsheet entry has the seller link, QC photo record and community notes to help you assess before ordering.

02

Review QC Photo References

Before ordering, review QC photo references from previous buyers. Compare them to listing images to get a realistic expectation of quality and accuracy.

03

Order and Request Your Own QC

Once you order through Kakobuy, request your own QC photos when the item arrives at the warehouse. Review them before approving international shipment.
